Implementing a cost-efficient strategy that works
Arranging one-to-one access to a qualified financial adviser is often the desired method of assisting employees with their personal finances, but the costs involved are prohibitive. Providing financial education via workshops is a cheaper option but logistical issues, such as co-ordinating employees and workload to ensure everyone attends a session, can prove problematic.

Online learning platforms are different. Delivering web-based financial education can be the most cost-effective strategy, as well as providing the most logistically viable method of improving employees’ financial literacy.

Online learning is flexible, allowing employees to work through a structured training programme whenever their schedule best permits. Large groups of employees needn’t be taken out of action all at the same time. And, since the programme is web-based, it can be delivered to every employee in an organisation regardless of their location.
